MARCH MADNESS

With six weeks to go, you've now entered the most critical phase of your training. More miles, harder work, and the ever-present balance of not 'overdoing it'. B.A.A. High Performance Coach Terrence Mahon talked through your longest long runs, your most intense intervals, and the most relaxing rest days over the next six weeks. And for those who have missed some training time, he provided a roadmap for getting back up to speed and to Hopkinton on race day.
